Professional Experience
Mia Mao joined the PKF hospitality group in 2020 and is based in Shanghai. In her present capacity as Junior Consultant, her consulting activities include feasibility studies primarily in Asia and Europe. She is also involved in various research tasks, including work on the PKF hotel database.
Prior to joining PKF hospitality group, Mia worked for Expedia Group for two years in the area of account management, where hotel partners’ revenue management and OTA display strength were key objectives.
Mia has a Bachelor of Science degree from The Hotel School at Cornell University in Ithaca, New York.
