PKF tourismexperts was assigned to support the establish-ment of two regional DMOs in Georgia (Svaneti and Racha). The assignment was part of the “Green Economy Sustainable Mountain Tourism and Organic Agriculture (GRETA)” project, implemented by ADA. After analyzing the current framework conditions, different development models and concrete implementation recommendations were prepared.
