PKF hospitality group workshopped with the GC Rieber Eiendom project management team during the design and planning process. We prepared a feasibility study with room and function plan with several scenarios including a full-service conference hotel and a variety of select-service hotel options for their waterfront site in Bergen, Norway. We successfully conducted an international brand and operator search, and supported the client during the selection and lease negotiation process to bring the first Marriott branded hotel to Bergen, opened in May 2021.
