PKF hospitality group was engaged to provide a short feasibility study for the development of a hotel in the upscale category in Vienna, Austria. The hotel project was developed as Park Hyatt Vienna and opened in 2014. The hotel consists of 143 units, two restaurants and lounges, nine meeting rooms, a business centre as well as an Arany Spa and fitness centre, featuring a 15 metres indoor pool. The hotel is well-known in Vienna mainly due to its unique location within the heart of the city (Am Hof) and within a former bank, e.g. the Arany Spa is located within the former vault of the bank.
