The owners engaged PKF hospitality group for strategic advice. Our suggestion to hand over operations to a white label operator led to us being engaged to run the operator search. Newmark Hotels were appointed by the owners after the successful conclusion of this process. As we emerge from the pandemic the new operator will build on the legacy of this landmark hotel as it retains its individual character.
