Professional Experience
Stefan Catic joined the PKF hospitality group in 2018 and is based in Vienna.
Before joining the PKF hospitality group, Stefan worked for the catering company DO & CO for two years in controlling & cost control where he gained valuable knowledge in forecasting, cost optimization, as well as knowledge in organizing large-scale catering on the highest quality level. Stefan was also able to get first insights into the restaurant industry by working as Operations Manager in various lifestyle restaurants in Vienna and by carrying out several operational traineeships in luxury hotels in Austria. As the Head of Operator Search, he oversees the global operator selection and conducts negotiation activities for the PKF hospitality group – widely recognized as the gold standard in the hotel and serviced living sectors.
Stefan obtained his Bachelor’s degree at FH Vienna in General Management and Entrepreneurship and has a master’s degree in Management from Modul University Vienna.
