Professional Experience
Ulf Templin joined PKF hospitality group in Munich in 1997 and is since 2008 one of the Managing Directors of the Munich office, heading with Ulrike Schüler the hospitality consulting business in Germany. In this capacity, Ulf is involved in the negotiation of lease and management contracts and transactions on an ongoing basis. Also, Ulf has years of experience in feasibility studies, valuations, due diligence and litigation support for investors developers and operators in Germany and abroad.
Ulf started his hotel career with an apprenticeship at the Marriott hotel in Bremen. He earned a Diplom-Betriebswirt (FH) degree from the Munich University of Applied Sciences. Also, he passed his tax consultant exam in 2003. Ulf has (co)authored various publications for the hospitality sector.
