Professional Experience

Clarissa joined PKF hospitality group in January 2023 and is based in Madrid. In her present capacity as Consultant, her activities include feasibility studies, valuations and operator search primarily in countries throughout Europe.

Prior to joining PKF hospitality group, Clarissa worked for Hamilton Pyramid Europe in Business Development and Organisation & Strategy, as well as for Savills in Tenant Representation and Workplace Consulting. Moreover, during her studies, she has been exposed to the hospitality industry through various international operational and administrative internships, apprenticeships and student jobs. Being Peruvian and German, Clarissa grew up multilingual and has lived in Peru, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Spain.

Clarissa is CHIA-certified, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management from EHL, with a concentrations in Strategic Hotel Investments, Hotel Planning & Development and Entrepreneurship. She completed a Master of Science in Real Estate from ESCP Business School with her thesis focused on Sustainable Rooftop Solutions for Lima.
