Professional Experience
Sergii Kozhukhalov joined the PKF hospitality group in 2011 and is based in Kyiv. Besides leading the company’s activities in Ukraine and Belarus, his consulting activities include market research, feasibility studies and valuations primarily in Eastern Europe and Central Asia.
Prior to joining the PKF hospitality group, Sergii worked for seven years for Astron Group as Head of the Real Estate Division and CEO of Ukrainian Hotels Ltd. Sergii has a master’s degree from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations and later Professional Development Programme at Institute of Marketing & Technology in Kyiv.
