Professional Experience
Stephan Reichelt is a hospitality expert with over 25 years of experience in international hospitality management and consulting. He is based in Madrid and joined the PKF hospitality group in 2021. As Managing Director, he oversees the activities at the PKF hospitality group on the Iberian Peninsula. Stephan is also involved in international asset management, strategic consultancy and project development assignments.
Prior to joining the PKF hospitality group, Stephan held various management positions for international hotel groups in destinations including Raffles in London, InterContinental in Paris and Oman, and Four Seasons Hotel in Damascus, to name a few. After finishing his operational career with the Radisson Hotel Group as General Manager in Germany and Spain, he founded a hotel consulting firm based in Madrid which focused on operator/investor search, brokerage, asset management, feasibility studies and operational consulting.
Stephan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management from the International College of Hospitality Administration (ICHA Brig, César Ritz, Swiss Education Group) in Switzerland, a joint degree with the University of Massachusetts, USA, Boston. Stephan is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 2017.
