PKF hospitality has identified a new operator for a hotel project in Madonna di Campiglio, a ski region in northern Italy. The town of Madonna di Campiglio is not only known for its ski slopes and winter activities, but also as a summer destination. The hotel is located in Piazza Righi, directly in the pedestrian zone and amidst the enchanting mountain scenery of the Brenta Dolomites.read more

Greenwashing: how green is it?
On March 22, 2023, the European Commission adopted a “Proposal for a Directive on Green Claims”. The proposal is designed to put a stop to the practice of greenwashing and, if adopted by Member States of the Union, it will force companies doing business in Europe to be more scrupulous and evidence based about their environmental claims.

Operator search for a hotel project in Kitzbühel, Austria
PKF hospitality has identified a new operator for a hotel project in Kitzbühel, Austria. As of December 2023, DSR Hotel Holding Group will operate the former Hotel Klausner as the HENRI Kitzbühel. The hotel will be renovated together with JP Hospitality in the upcoming months.

Project of the month: Vienna House Easy by Wyndham
Operator search for a hotel project at the Vienna Airport, Schwechat, Austria
PKF hospitality was involved in the operator search for a hotel project at the Vienna International Airport. The property will be built by the Viennese real estate developer Herbert Pinzolits (Mamma Group) and construction is due to commence in the fall 2023. HR Group will operate the hotel under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts with the brand Vienna House Easy.
