Serviced Apartments

Serviced Apartments are fully equipped (including kitchens) and primarily booked by long stay guests. The increased flexibility through remote working options in our modern business world and the ongoing bleisure and workcation trip trends are expected to foster the fast development of this segment.

Aparthotels

Enjoying typical hotel services while staying in a fully equipped room including cooking facilities make aparthotels an attractive product for both short and long stayers. The average length of stay is shorter compared to serviced apartments and a minimum stay is in most cases not required.

Co-Living

An ongoing urbanisation, the need for affordable housing and changes in lifestyle make co-living concepts a future oriented living model. The concepts are a mix of hotel and permanent residences for various target groups. The focus lies on attractively designed public areas (co-working, gaming area, rooftop terrace etc.) and community building among the tenants.

Student Accommodation

Similar to co-living concepts the focus of modern student accommodations lies on community spaces and public areas. Study lounges, gaming areas and regular events are essentials for these concepts. The sizes of units vary in most cases between 17 and 24 sqm for single use.

Branded Residences

While branded residences have been popular living concepts especially in Asia and North America for many years, those concepts are still at an early stage in Europe. Branded residences allow apartment owners to benefit from hotel services (e.g. Housekeeping, Concierge, Spa and Wellness) while living in their condominium and therefore represent an attractive investment model.

Micro Apartments

With limited space and increasing rental prices in big cities, the trend goes towards purpose-built micro apartments. An efficient and flexible space usage is the most important component when developing micro apartments. The units are fully equipped and sizes start from 16 sqm.

Senior & Assisted Living

Modern senior and assisted living concepts do not only provide comfortable apartments but also community spaces (libraries, coffeeshops, relaxing lounges, shared living rooms etc.) where tenants have the chance to engage among each other. Depending on the concept, medical support is being offered externally or in house.
