Operator search for a hotel project at the Vienna Airport, Schwechat, Austria

PKF hospitality was involved in the operator search for a hotel project at the Vienna International Airport. The property will be built by the Viennese real estate developer Herbert Pinzolits (Mamma Group) and construction is due to commence in the fall 2023. HR Group will operate the hotel under a franchise agreement with Wyndham Hotels & Resorts with the brand Vienna House Easy.
